The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on the 15th of August, this year. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in participation.
Following call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and accepted with no amendments.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while tackling present concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, quiet hours, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and forward their suggestions by the deadline.
- An open forum will be held on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a click here packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
